Current Tea Obsession: Pu'erh

Pu'erh is a chinese fermeted tea that is traditionally rolled and packed tightly into little "cakes" and microbialy fermented, allowing it to further oxidize. This tea has a subtle smokey flavor and is well suited for infusing multiple times. I've been enjoying a teapot of it in the evenings, enjoying how the flavors evolve over each cup.
